Project Overview
The City of Mission is conducting an audit and rewrite of the Land Use Code. The Land Use Code is an essential set of regulations that guides development and land use across the city. This update will include revisions to the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations, and other related provisions within the Land Use Code. The goal of this project is to create a more user-friendly, modern, and effective document aligned with the Tomorrow Together: 2040 Mission Comprehensive Plan. This process will ensure that our regulations reflect current best practices, community values, and future growth priorities.
