Request for Proposals - Citywide Phone Solution

The City of Mission will receive proposals from qualified firms to provide cloud-based unified communications as service (UCaas) phone solutions until 3PM, October 2, 2026, at Mission City Hall, at which time, the proposals received will be opened and publicly read.

Any contract that may be awarded in response to this Notice shall be selected and offered at the complete and sole discretion of the City of Mission. The City of Mission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bids.

Each proposal shall be made on printed forms in the format outlined in the proposal and included with these proposal documents. Proposals shall be submitted to Mission City Hall at 6090 Woodson St, Mission, KS 66202 in sealed envelopes and shall be marked “City of Mission, KS – Citywide Phone Solution”. Proposals received after the time and date above specified shall be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
