Request for Proposals: Greenhouse Gas Inventory

The City of Mission is seeking proposals for a Greenhouse Gas Inventory. A full Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained here. The RFP contains specifications for proposals and requirements for submittal. Any revision to the RFP or additional information to be provided, will be through addenda published on the City’s website. All respondents must verify with their submittal that they have received and considered all addenda.

To be considered, three (3) digital copies (thumb drives) should be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Greenhouse Gas Inventory” to the City Clerk’s Office, Mission City Hall, 6090 Woodson, Mission, KS 66202 by 5:00 p.m. CDT, Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Any proposals received after this date and time will be returned unopened.

Request for Qualifications: Architectural and Design Services Water Works Park Improvements

The City of Mission Parks + Recreation Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide architectural and design services for the construction of improvements in Water Works Park located at 5814 W 53rd Street in Mission, Kansas. A full Request for Qualifications (RFQ) can be obtained here. The RFQ contains specifications for proposals and requirements for submittal. Any revision to the RFQ or additional information to be provided, will be through addenda published on the City’s website. All respondents must verify with their submittal that they have received and considered all addenda.

To be considered, responses to the RFQ must be delivered electronically to Mission Parks + Recreation by 5:00 PM CST on Thursday, December 8, 2022. Responses submitted after 5:00 PM CST will not be accepted. Responses must be submitted electronically via email to: palmoney@missionks.org with “RFQ Water Works Park Architectural and Design Services” in the subject line. Submissions should consist of one (1) PDF document containing all of the requested information in the same order as the numbered Response Requirements listed above.

Request for Proposals: 2023 Mowing Contract

The City of Mission is seeking bids for the 2023 mowing contract. A full copy of the Request for Proposals along with the required bid table and the parks and public property mowing maps can be found here. The RFP contains specifications for proposals and requirements for submittal. Any revision to the RFP or additional information to be provided, will be through addenda published on the City’s website. All respondents must verify with their submittal that they have received and considered all addenda. As of November 21, addendum number 1 has been added.

To be considered, bids should be submitted on printed “Bid Proposal” and “Bid Table” forms included with these documents.  Bids shall be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office at Mission City Hall, 6090 Woodson, Mission, KS 66202 by 2:00 p.m. CDT, Tuesday, November 29, 2022 in sealed envelopes and shall be marked “City of Mission, Kansas – 2023 Mowing Bid.” All proposal forms shall be properly executed by an officer of the firm making such proposal. Bids received after the time and date above specified shall be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.

All respondents must verify with their submittal that they have received and considered all addenda.
