Open Bids & RFPs

The City of Mission is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Street Reconstruction Projects. Bid documents and project specifications may be obtained here or from the Drexel Technologies Plan Room at: https://planroom.drexeltech.com.

Sealed bids shall be addressed to the City Clerk of Mission, Kansas and be marked “2026 Street Reconstruction Projects.” Bids will be received by the City of Mission, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 6090 Woodson Street, Mission Kansas 66202 until January 5th, 2026 at 10 A.M. At that time all sealed bids will be transferred to the City Council Chamber where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened.

Proposers should specifically note the City of Mission prefers questions be submitted by email to Stephanie Boyce at SBoyce@missionks.org.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at: Mission Public Works – 4775 Lamar Ave on December 17, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. 

The City of Mission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.

Responses for Professional Auditing Services will be received by the City of Mission, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 6090 Woodson Street, Mission, Kansas 66202 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, October 17, 2025. All responses shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City Clerk of Mission, Kansas, and marked “Professional Auditing Services.”

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses.  No vendor may withdraw its response for a period of ninety (90) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
