Report a Concern

New in 2026! All Public Works related concerns should now be reported using our new citizen portal. This new software system gives users the opportunity to pinpoint the exact location of issues, receive follow-up communication including that the requested work has been completed, and to see in real-time how the concern is being addressed and managed. All Report a Concern matters related to Stormwater/Illicit Discharge; Street Light Outages, Traffic/Road Signs; Potholes; and Traffic Signal Concerns will now transition to using this new system.

To report a problem or concern to City staff that is unrelated to the above listed categories, please provide the information requested below. If you would like to speak with a staff member directly, you may call Mission City Hall at 913.676.8350, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

This service is not to be used to report an emergency situation. In the event of an emergency, dial 911.
