Sands Construction, LLC of Leavenworth, KS is the general contractor for the project with SFS Architecture providing architectural and engineering services. The City will provide project oversight to help coordinate construction.

Portions of the park will remain accessible to throughout construction; the west and south trails are temporarily closed in preparation for parking lot demolition and installation. Construction fencing will clearly demarcate inaccessible areas to park patrons; please do not attempt access to those fenced areas. There may be a need for temporary road closures as equipment or materials move into and out of the site. We ask that pedestrians and motorists follow all posted signs to ensure your safety and that of the construction crews.
