Water Fitness Classes
dult Beginner Swim Lessons – 15 Years & Older
This class uses individualized instruction and goal setting to fit each swimmer’s needs. Instruction includes the following skills: basic stroke skills for front crawl, elementary backstroke, back crawl, breaststroke, side stroke and underwater swimming. The class ratio is 5:1.

Our water aerobics classes offer a safe, full-body workout with the added fun of being in the water. Tone and strengthen muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance and enjoy the benefits of a well-rounded workout without bearing the strain of traditional cardio workouts.
All fitness classes are included with your PCC membership. Pit stops are available for $5-$8/visit.

- Refunds not offered for missed classes. Missed classes cannot be made up by attending on a different day or time due to strict capacity limits.
- Credits will be issued with a doctor’s note or if we cancel class for any reason.
