Budget Development Process

The City’s fiscal year is January 1 – December 31. The process of preparing the budget includes many public meetings and discussions and the public is invited to participate. The meetings will be held throughout the late spring and through the summer each year and are posted on the City Calendar. These discussions may take place during Finance and Administration Committee meetings, in work sessions or special meetings.
