As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, we want to make sure residents are aware of adjusted collection schedules for trash and bulky items. GFL Environmental Kansas City will operate on a modified schedule this week due to the holiday on Thursday, November 27.

Collection Schedule for Thanksgiving Week

Monday–Wednesday routes: No changes. Regular pickup will occur as usual.
Thursday routes: Will be collected on Friday, November 28
Friday routes: Will be collected on Saturday, November 29

Bulky Item Reminder

Households may set out up to three (3) bulky items for pickup. Accepted items include:

Furniture
Appliances
Mattresses and box springs
Carpet (cut into 4-foot sections)

All bulky items should be placed at the curb by 7:00 AM on your adjusted collection day.
