Residents, businesses, and visitors near the Mission-Beverly development site at Martway and Beverly may soon begin seeing activity related to the upcoming construction project. The City recent sent a letter to nearby neighbors and businesses outlining details about the project and the anticipated construction timeline.

As the project moves forward, there will be periodic closures of Martway, Beverly, and Dearborn to allow crews to complete utility connections and other infrastructure improvements associated with the development. The City is working closely with the developer, Milhaus, to coordinate this work and ensure any closures are as limited in duration and impact as possible for surrounding properties and businesses.
