We are excited to be in the home stretch of planning for the 75th Anniversary Street Dance happening on Saturday, September 26 on Johnson Drive in conjunction with the Mission Theater. One of the activations we will have at the event is a slideshow running inside the theater, highlighting Mission history and current activities. We would like to intersperse this with video footage of Mission residents, business owners, staff, and friends of the city sharing how they love Mission, their Mission memories, and their hopes for Mission in its next 75 years.
In order to accomplish this, we will have two dedicated times for people to come in and share their thoughts. We will be set up on Thursday, September 10 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at City Hall and on Monday, September 14 from 5pm – 7pm at the PCC south entrance. We would love to feature each of you and any of your family, friends, local business owners, or neighbors who you would like to share this opportunity with to join us for a quick recording.
