The Public Works Department is excited to share the Residential Street Program improvements planned for this year! These projects were selected based on their scores on the Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Learn more about the PCI and about the consideration used to build this program from our Public Works Department.
The following locations will receive full depth pavement reconstruction, replacement of the curbs, gutters, and sidewalks along with stormwater improvements.
📍 Project Locations:
- 54th Street — Lamar Avenue to Dearborn Street
- 61st Terrace — Woodson Street to Nall Avenue
In addition, stormwater improvements will take place along 63rd Terrace near Woodson Drive.
Construction Timeline 📅
Work is anticipated to begin in March 2026 and expected completion will happen within 270 calendar days. Follow along on social media or our website for the most recent updates.
