1. Presentation from Gateway Developers on Updated Project Proposal
The Mission Gateway Development Agreement expired on December 31, 2021. The Gateway Developers have submitted a revised preliminary development plan and a request related to incentives and are seeking to re-engage in negotiation of a new development agreement in connection with the project. Members of the development team will make a presentation to the City Council in order to outline their current plans so that the appropriate plan review and incentive discussions can be calendared.
