AM Water Aerobics 

Participants use the natural resistance of water to provide a safe, full-body workout. Tone & strengthen muscle, increase cardiovascular endurance & enjoy the feeling of being physically fit! Aqua Shoes recommended, but not required. 

8- 8:50AM (M-F); 9-9:50AM (MWF)

Personal Trainer/Instructor:  Shauna Utz.


1.  Must pick either 8AM MON/WED/FRI, T/TH 8AM or MON/WED/FRI 9AM at the time of enrollment.

2. A MON/WED/FRI 8AM or 9AM can combine with T/TH 8AM but it is two separate registrations.
3. Missed classes/
Credits/Refunds: If you are unable to come to a class, a refund will not be offered. You are not able to make up a missed class by coming to a different day and time due to our strict capacity limits. Credits will be issued with a doctor's note or if we cancel the class for any reason.



Adult Beginner Swim Lessons - 15 yrs & Older

This class offers teens & adults individualized goal setting & instruction. Beginning to intermediate swimming instruction includes: basic stroke skills for front crawl, elementary backstroke, back crawl, breaststroke, side stroke, & underwater swimming. Class ratio 5:1. Ages 15 & older.

Instructor: Aquatics Staff. 


T/TH: 7:20-7:50 PM      $65 • $60MDR  

9/8-10/1
10/13-11/5
11/10-12/10 *NO CLASS 11/24 & 11/26


FREE Class GraphicPM Water Aerobics 

Aquatic exercise presents the best of three worlds: you can stretch & strengthen your muscles, condition your cardiovascular systems, & have fun in the water! Class is a moderate to high intensity cardiovascular workout without the impact.  

Instructor: Antoinette Dyson (M/W)

M/W: 5:35-6:30PM ($7 Pit-Stop)
