1. Are licenses required for my animals? How do I register them?: Yes, cats and dogs must be registered & licensed with the city. A current certificate of rabies vaccination is required at time of registration. Animals are limited to two dogs and two cats. Contact city hall at 676-8350 to register your animals. See section 210.080 in the municipal code
